You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
Le Cercel X provides lounge discovery, events, member linking, location features (optional), photos, and notifications. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a licence to host, display, and process it to operate the service. You must not post unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
By registering with OTP/email verification and accepting these terms in the app, you consent to electronic communications and records as permitted under applicable UAE electronic transaction rules.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Lounge and event information may come from third parties (e.g. Google Places); verify details independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any), or AED 100, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
